It tells me you are contemplating making changes in your life. Change is both exciting and frightening. It is something we long for, yet at the same time it feels too difficult and maybe even impossible. That’s why finding an experienced, well-trained therapist is very important for the process to be the most helpful.
I have been a psychotherapist, relationship therapist, and parent educator in private practice and teacher for over 30 years. My experience includes helping people with their relationships and marriages during all phases in their life.
My specialties are couples and sex therapy. I help couples problem solve diverse topics including:
• Reproduction and Infertility Problems
• Intimacy Issues
• In-Law and Family of Origin Challenges
• Bi-Coastal Relationship Issues
Together, we explore how these life changes impact your relationship. As a professional woman with a family of my own, I also enjoy helping career women balance their family and careers.
