Balancing Career and Family
These groups are designed especially for career women who are experiencing high degrees of stress. With the support of others, we will share our experiences and explore ways to improve communication in our relationships at work and at home. You will learn new coping skills for handling stress, techniques to better manage your time and ways to lead to a happier life. These groups meet for six weeks.
