My work with parents incorporates Temperament and Attachment theory to improve the fit between parent and child. Together, we work towards breaking the cycle of blame and understanding the impact both parent and child have on one another. I use Cognitive Behavioral tools and mindfulness to teach everyone how to be more intentional and self-calming to prevent and disrupt cycles of anger and hurtful communication.
